Financial Incentive for Overtime and Tutoring
I think we should give tax breaks to teachers AND students who volunteer their time tutoring, as a financial incentive for more free educational assistance to be provided. It could be viewed as a sort of donation, as knowledge is the greatest gift, and this would also allow teachers to effectively be paid for the work they are already doing out of the goodness of their hearts.
