Please abandon the standardized test as a means to gauge student and teacher performance. There are many studies that suggest that these tests measure the financial situation of the learner rather than the learning status of that learner or the teacher effectiveness. Outcome based learning is essentially the same thing as standardized testing as both work together to try to idiot-proof education. Do we want innovation and leadership in the country? If so we need to grow it it cannot be stamped from a manufacturing mold.
